A dream for the future is like a seed that grows into a tree, allowing you to harvest more seeds and plant them into the garden of your life. This creates the ideal conditions for new and exciting things to arise.
A dream is the motivational force that moves us from inaction to action. A dream is the chance to start again.
If we see dreams merely as destinations, we are damned to be forever disappointed. Our lives are so unpredictable, so full of ever-changing circumstances. It will never come out just the way we envisioned it (see Perfection is an illusion).
If dreams lead us to act, to change our circumstances for the better, to push the notion of how far we thought we could go, they have fulfilled their purpose, they have done for us all they can do.
